Shipping policy

Where can you ship to?

We currently offer shipping anywhere in the US, including hospitals, college campuses and PO boxes.  International shipping is not available at this time.

Can you ship to American Military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses)?

Yes we do!  Please make sure you fill out the shipping address correctly, including unit and box numbers.  Domestic military addresses can take up to 2 weeks and overseas shipping up to 4-5 weeks.  

What are the shipping fees?

Single address:

*The above rates are for single address deliveries only.  Yeti Grams going to different addresses will need to be entered as a separate order and will be charged a separate shipping fee for each order.  Please allow 3-5 business days for standard (USPS) shipping and 1-3 business days for priority (USPS) shipping.  Orders of 8 or more Yeti Grams may be shipping in multiple packages.  This will not affect shipping charges.

How long will shipping take?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.  Once the order has shipped, allow 3-5 business days for standard (USPS) shipping and 1-3 business days for priority (USPS).  You will receive an email with a  tracking number once your order has shipped.  On certain occasions, UPS will be used.
*These shipping times are approximate. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.  Unforeseen circumstances such as weather or shipping holidays may affect delivery times.

What if the product arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in shipping, please email us at info@yetigram.com and we will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.  Please include a photo of the damaged product and your order number in the email.
