Because every Yeti Gram is custom printed to order, we do not offer refunds once the product has shipped. If you change your mind after placing an order, contact us ASAP at info@yetigram.com. We will issue a full refund if the order has not shipped. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in shipping, please email us and we will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. Please include a photo of the damaged product and your order number in the email.
